This policy explains how XMarketRadar handles information when you use the website, market research tools, account features, alerts, broker sync, and subscription features.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

Account identifiers and authentication metadata, such as Firebase user IDs and email addresses.
Watchlists, saved screens, chart settings, drawings, templates, alerts, and dashboard preferences.
Portfolio records, holdings, risk-profile answers, broker names, sync status, and read-only broker tokens when you connect a broker.
Alert delivery settings, such as email, SMS, webhook URLs, delivery logs, and opt-in preferences.
Usage, diagnostic, device, browser, IP, and log data used for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
Billing and subscription metadata. Payment card details, where applicable, are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by XMarketRadar.

How We Use Information

To provide market research, portfolio, watchlist, broker sync, alert, and account features.
To save user settings, templates, screeners, layouts, and preferences across sessions or devices where enabled.
To send alerts, service messages, subscription notices, and support responses.
To monitor data freshness, broker sync health, service reliability, fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To improve product quality, performance, and user experience.

Broker And Portfolio Data

Broker integrations are designed to be read-only. XMarketRadar does not place trades or submit orders. If you connect a broker, access tokens and holdings data may be stored or processed so the platform can show holdings, sync health, portfolio risk, and related alerts.

Cookies And Local Storage

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for sign-in state, theme, exchange preferences, selected columns, chart settings, saved local layouts, and security.

Sharing And Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, email, SMS, webhooks, payments, broker connectivity, and market data. We do not sell personal portfolio data. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or to operate the service.

Data Retention And Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can remove watchlist, portfolio, alert, template, and saved-screen data where the product exposes those controls.
You can disconnect broker access where supported by the broker integration or by removing the stored token.
You can contact support for account or privacy requests, subject to identity verification and applicable law.

Account holders can permanently delete their account and associated product data from Profile, or submit an external request through the XMarketRadar account deletion page. A minimal disabled-account identifier may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and to prevent an erased account from being silently recreated. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the product, legal requirements, or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
